1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means Ready For Road LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
“Contract” means these Terms & Conditions, the Tour itinerary, the booking form, and the Travel Risk Acknowledgement & Waiver.
“Departure Date” means the commencement date of the Tour.
“Tour” means the travel services described in the itinerary.
“Traveller” or “you” means the person booking the Tour.
“Force Majeure Event” has the meaning set out in Section 21.
2. Acceptance of Terms
A binding Contract is formed when:
The Company confirms acceptance of the booking in writing;
The deposit is paid; and
The Travel Risk Acknowledgement & Waiver is signed.
Electronic acceptance and payment constitute a legally binding agreement.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of EUR 500 per person is required.
4.2 Final Payment
Full payment is due 60 days before the Departure Date.
4.3 Late Bookings
Bookings made within 60 days may require full payment at booking.
4.4 Failure to Pay
Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
5. Passports, Visas & Health
The Traveller is solely responsible for:
Valid passport
Required visas
Vaccinations
Medical fitness
The Company is not responsible for denied travel due to failure to comply.
6. Mandatory Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must include:
Medical coverage
Emergency evacuation
Repatriation
Trip cancellation/interruption
Adventure activity coverage
Proof must be provided before departure. Failure may result in denial of participation without refund.
7. Cancellation by Traveller
7.1 Cancellation Process
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
7.2 Cancellation Charges
60 days or more before departure: Deposit forfeited.
59 days or fewer before departure: 100% of total Tour price is non-refundable.
No refunds for unused services after departure.
8. Cancellation by Company
The Company may cancel due to:
Safety concerns
Operational impossibility
Minimum numbers not met
Force Majeure
Refunds are limited to amounts recoverable from third-party suppliers.
The Company is not liable for flights, visas, insurance, or incidental costs.
9. Transfers
Transfers may be permitted at the Company’s discretion and are subject to a EUR 100 fee plus any additional costs.
10. Itinerary Changes
The Company may modify itineraries due to safety, weather, political conditions, operational needs, or Force Majeure.
No compensation is payable for necessary changes.
11. Assumption of Risk
The Traveller acknowledges inherent risks including:
Injury
Altitude sickness
Political instability
Transportation accidents
Natural disasters
Participation is voluntary and at the Traveller’s own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Tour.
The Company is not liable for acts of third-party suppliers.
13. Release & Indemnification
The Traveller agrees to release and hold harmless Ready For Road LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and ground operators from claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Authority of Tour Leader
Tour Leaders have final authority on all safety and operational matters. Travellers may be removed without refund for unsafe behavior.
15. Compliance with Laws
The Traveller must comply with local laws. Failure may result in removal without refund.
16. Complaints
Complaints must be raised immediately during the Tour and submitted in writing within 7 days of completion.
17. Personal Information
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
18. Non-Refundable Payments & Liquidated Damages
The Traveller acknowledges that cancellation charges represent reasonable liquidated damages and are not penalties, reflecting non-recoverable costs incurred by the Company.
19. No Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
The Traveller agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.
If initiated:
The Company may submit this Contract as evidence;
The Traveller is responsible for all associated fees, legal costs, and recovery expenses.
20. Medical Emergencies & Personal Circumstances
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations due to:
Illness or injury
Family emergencies
Work obligations
Visa refusal
Government advisories
Fear of travel
The Traveller’s sole remedy is through travel insurance.
21. Force Majeure
21.1 Definition
Force Majeure includes events beyond the Company’s control including:
Natural disasters
Epidemics or pandemics
Government travel bans
Political unrest or war
Airline cancellations
Infrastructure failures
Strikes
Mechanical breakdowns
21.2 Effect
The Company may modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Tour without liability.
21.3 Refunds
Refunds are limited to amounts recovered from third-party suppliers, less non-recoverable costs.
22. Governing Law, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
22.1 Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by:
(a) The laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan regarding operational performance of the Tour; and
(b) The laws of the State of Texas, USA regarding corporate structure, payment processing, and liability limitations.
Conflict of law principles shall not apply.
22.2 Mandatory Binding Arbitration
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Arbitration shall:
Be conducted in English;
Be final and binding;
Permit entry of judgment in any competent court.
The parties waive the right to trial by jury.
22.3 Class Action Waiver
All claims must be brought individually.
No class, collective, or representative actions are permitted.
22.4 Exclusive Remedy
Arbitration is the sole remedy for disputes. The Traveller waives the right to bring court proceedings except to enforce an arbitration award
